Gambhir declared fit for 5th ODI

Hyderabad: Prolific India opener Gautam Gambhir, who missed the forth ODI due to injury, has been declared fit to play the fifth ODI against Australia in Hyderabad on Thursday.

It will be a very good news for captain MS Dhoni as India look to take lead against the Oz in Hyderabad after they conceded the lead in Mohali and allowed the Aussies to level the 7-match series 2-2.

Gambhir’s presence in the top order would be a huge boost for India as he, along with Dhoni, has been one of the consistent run-getter in the current series.
